This is the seat of the Istanbul Branch of the Turkish Architectural Chamber. Colleagues are very hospitable. At the bottom of the hall is a bookstore with wonderful professional publications that you won't find anywhere else. It is worth to buy architectural atlas of Istanbul. It is even better than my favorite one - Tokyo, called as a guide when I and my co-author wrote the book Architectural Spies: Japan.
