I have been a Realtor for over 6 years. I have heard of FHA 204K loans but have never had a Buyer use one. After listening to Andrew s webinar I realize that the 203K loan is a great tool that many of my clients could have taken advantage of. Andrew s knowledge and his ability to share the benefits of the 203K loan in an easy to understand way was eye opening. I will definitely recommend 203K loans to my clients in the future.
