I recently booked a trip with Pretty travel and I must say the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was quick. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and did not seem knowledgeable about the destinations I was interested in. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I don't think I'll be booking with them again.
