The worst products and product support in the industry. I recently purchased 3 fans, just shortly after the 1 year warranty was up. all 3 fans stopped working consecutivetly. the one i use most went first , then the second 2 days later, and the third and least used fan went out another 2 days later. just like they were set to stop working at a certain amount of hours .? the boat is completely dry where the fans are. when i called customer service they said the fans had something like a 5k hour life span. (buti didn't get 1000 out of the ) they would offer nothing except a "discount" + shipping from canada that ended up being more than i paid for the fans in the first place. I will never buy from caframo again.
