I had an absolutely fabulous experience in my recent , surprise purchase for my son. Robby was excellent on providing his feedback on the trumpet options that met my requests as well as allowing our private music teacher try out the options to determine the best choice for my son. Gail was amazing at figuring out the best way to allow me to continue to rent the current trumpet and still use our accrued credit toward our purchase.August is the bigger trade in month. Here's hoping my son is surprised about his new trumpet for Christmas!!! Thank you sooooo much for all of your help!!!
