Two stars for awful customer service (and that's before we ate). We landed at LaGuardia airport and placed an order to pick up. They told us 20 minutes, which would have been perfect. Food didn't come out until 50 minutes after we placed our order. No excuses from the workers. They kept telling us soon/5 minutes. All I want is honesty when I call. If it's going to take to 50 minutes just tell us. Set an appropriate and realistic expectation. Given the experience, low probability of me going back. There are many other Kosher options nearby.
