I had a recent experience with Heng hup holdings limited and I must say, it was average. The company website, henghup.com, is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my queries and even then, the responses were not very helpful. Overall, the experience was just okay.
