Ivivelabs is a company that has some room for improvement. While their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. My inquiries were met with slow response times, and the support staff were not very helpful. The products themselves were average at best. I hope Ivivelabs takes this feedback into consideration and strives to provide a better customer experience in the future.
