I would highly recommend any small business to avoid this place at all costs. Superior caused my small business to lose $10,600 in Federally granted SBA money that was designated to pay my employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. They processed my appreciate for over $10k less and HID it from me until the very last minute. By the time I was made aware, it was to late for me to apply through a different financial institution. When i asked about the difference and why they never informed me their reply was literally "oh that's just how we do it here."

I need a financial institution that is PRO SMALL BUSINESS, i made a HUGE mistake transferring my business accounts here. i am currently seeking recommendations on where to move my accounts.
