Northsouth books is a company that I have mixed feelings about. While some of their products are of good quality and worth the price, there have been instances where I received books with damaged covers or missing pages. The customer service has been helpful in resolving these issues, but it's still frustrating to receive flawed products. I hope they improve their quality control in the future.
