I had an average experience with the industrial supply company I recently purchased from. Their website was easy to use and the prices were reasonable. However, their customer service was lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. The products I ordered were of decent quality and arrived on time.
