I had a mixed experience with Luminous corporation. While their website was visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took several attempts and a lot of back-and-forth to get the information I needed. The overall quality of their products is good, but the lack of efficient customer support was frustrating.
