Improper supervision of children

Improper supervision of children
My two 4 year old boys have lost 5 teeth total combined whilst at NDLA faculties. Something is not right, my children barely learn anything in this program. I was thinking of pulling them out and was bombarded by the directors to why and to give them another chance. Yet the following week my child had a tooth knocked out while not being supervised properly. No incident report was giving at the time of the incident. Due to their grandmother picking them up, I had to come in the next as I pulled them out of the daycare and they still didn't have an incident report. Also the incident was filled out by director ms.elis who couldn't even form proper sentences, and handwriting looked like a preschooler. Do not send your children here, my kids were there for two years at the start it was fine, but they have gone down hill. I'm not the one to write a bad review but this has to be known. This is a place that suppose to take care of your children for you, and they are very neglectful. They tell you only just a few days or one week before major closing as well. Do not trust this daycare. There are a few teachers that are great, but this school has a terrible retention rate. My children barely knew their primary teacher because of turn over.
