I had a mixed experience with Tom Kirk LLC. While their products are of good quality, their customer service is lacking. I had some issues with a recent order, and it took a while to get a response from them. However, once I did get a response, they were able to resolve the issue satisfactorily. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
