I am a regular customer and my overall experience with DAVITA NOVI DIALYSIS has been pretty good. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. However, there have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate DAVITA NOVI DIALYSIS as average.
