I recently had the opportunity to visit DA VITA GAYLORD DIALYSIS and I must say that my experience was average. The staff was friendly and competent, but the facilities were not up to par. The waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable, and the equipment seemed outdated. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
