I have mixed feelings about J-Mac INC. While their products are decent, their website maclumber.com lacks user-friendliness. It was difficult for me to find the information I needed. The customer service was average, but I expected more from a company of their stature. I hope they improve their website and offer a more seamless experience to their customers.
