I have been a customer of Transaction publishers for some time and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the delivery is usually on time. However, I feel that the selection of books could be improved. There have been instances when I couldn't find the specific books I was looking for. Despite that, I find their overall service satisfactory.
