Citex Software is an average company. The services they provide are decent, but nothing exceptional. I have used their software for a while now, and while it gets the job done, it lacks some advanced features that other software in the market offer. The user interface is also a bit outdated in my opinion. Overall, Citex Software is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
