My son was in A/E children department over 8hrs on...

My son was in A/E children department over 8hrs only a 6 month old child not knowing wahts happening to my son, called the department spoke to a man very RUDE! Apparently its the hospitals policy not to tell me anything, i was only enquiring whats heppening and so on, very rude worst experience ever
