I have just purchased a property through Money Properties (Kim Local)
My Sales Negotiator was perfectly tenacious in achieving a sale that never looked likely. From Initial Inquiry, to Exchange, Kim was patient professional and approachable. The plethora of idiosyncrasies that presented during the sale were resolved commensurate to expectation at the first time of asking with continuity, poise and transparency. Anyone who knows me knows I set the bar high in my Customer Services expectations. I'm very disappointed to have reached 47 year of age before I have finally awarded a Fully Satisfied Customer Review for anything. The fact that this transaction had so many moving parts, unique facets and was significantly compounded by simply awful legal representation makes this review all the more impressive.
