Was here previously and there was no minimum order...

Was here previously and there was no minimum order charge. Now there is (for walk in, will call, etc). Was charged extra for my will-call without me knowing about this change, basically doubling my total cost.
Also refused to let me buy additional things to make up for the minimum order.
If old customers are valued, change in charges should be made known clearly, not simply adding a "other charge" automatically. Will not recommend to anyone unless this workflow is fixed.
