It was really a fond experience visiting Hyatt Regency. Lobby is beautiful , staff is humble .
Would like to mention Front desk staff Ayush Singha smart charming gentleman who is so polite and explained everything about the hotel facilities . I was very much attracted how he sells the products .truly a gem
. This shows buildings don't make a good hotel people do.
