I had a bit of a mixed experience with Knoxville computer corp. Overall, their service was satisfactory. The technicians were knowledgeable and fixed the issues I was having with my computer. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the customer service could have been more friendly and helpful. Despite these minor flaws, I would still recommend Knoxville computer corp for their expertise.
