I tried to contact finance for a copy of my Risitall contract. 3 call no response. Finally contacted Dan Willing and received a copy of the contract. My steering wheel is pealing. I paid $1089.00 to protects my interior. Called Resistall and they said it was not covered. The contract indicates fabric or vinyl leather. WHY did I pay $1089.00 to a company that MBTampa uses that doesn't cover a pealing steering wheel on an 2017 GLE350)>?????????
Finally go a copy of the contract. Small print back side, "no steering wheels". O well read your contract FIRST.
