The website at palus.hu is impressive. It's user-friendly and has a sleek design. However, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the customer service I received. There were delays in response times and some of my questions were left unanswered. While the quality of their products is good, I believe Palus could focus more on improving their customer support. Despite these drawbacks, I would still consider them a reliable company.
