Disgraceful system. You can't reach a person and c...

Disgraceful system. You can't reach a person and can only get generic auto-responses. I work for a construction company with seasonal layoffs and almost all of our laid off employees have issues with the system. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to reach anybody and the online system is ancient and obsolete. Whoever is responsible for running this should be fired immediately and replaced with someone competent. It's not fair to people who need the help.
