We went to buy a kitchen in IKEA and now we have neither money nor kitchen.

They made us 3 different kitchen plans because of their mistakes
We are trying to have an IKEA kitchen since March, almost half a year! and we have nothing, but we have paid.

They made us an erroneous invoice that the bank did not accept and that was 3 weeks more delay.

The employees of the kitchen department of IKEA are liars, they told us that the kitchens are delivered the day after ordering them and we have been waiting for several weeks also they told us that the kitchens are installed 3 or 4 days after delivery and they give us a date for 6 weeks!
Do you want an IKEA kitchen? 4 months of waiting for employee errors, 1 month from order to delivery, 2 months of waiting for installation, TOTAL: 7 months. Better buy your kitchen somewhere else.

They told me they would deliver my kitchen 3 days ago and I'm still waiting. They decided without consulting me not to deliver it because 1 article was missing. Can you be more inept ?, I do not think so ...

Because of the ineptitude of IKEA, my family and I are in danger! We bought a kitchen, the day before the installation the assemblers removed the gas pipes and electricity cables, leaving them on the floor, Ikea did not deliver the kitchen and the Installers could not continue the work. Now we are in danger of explosion and death because of IKEA !!

I wanted to fill a formal complaint with IKEA and they told me to fill out the contact form on their website. They take me for an idiot ?. What a shame!!

In the IKEA customer service phone, only music sounds infinitely and Ikea customer service employees in the store, have absolutely no idea about anything. They only know how to say, "I'm sorry" and "I do not know". What a shame!!
