I recently hired a piano technician from Shepherd Martin Piano Service, and I must say they did an outstanding job. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough in inspecting and tuning my piano. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely be using them again.
