I had a mixed experience with Polymed Scientific LLC. While the quality of their products is great, I found their customer support team to be unresponsive at times. It took several attempts to get a response to my inquiries. However, once my issue was resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
