I have been dealing with The Municipal Board Of Examiners, Inc, Of Polk County for a few years now, and I must say they provide an average level of service. While they have been responsive to my queries, I often find their processes to be slow and bureaucratic. Overall, they do an acceptable job, but there is definitely room for improvement.
