I am a frequent traveler on Metro Trains Melbourne and I must say that I am impressed with their punctuality and efficiency. The trains are always on time and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have never encountered any major issues during my journeys with them. Overall, I would rate Metro Trains Melbourne as excellent.
