They don't value their employees and view them as ...

They don't value their employees and view them as expendable. If the employees do anything wrong, they're sent out the door. It's a really terrible work environment from what I've noticed as a customer. And from what I've heard, they pay bad too and if anyone speaks up about their pay they're fired. It's horrible!
