They work you to death and make you lift a lot of heavy equipment, and they make you do things like use a forklift even if you don't have training. They made me take an osha 10 hour course that they payed for and they never gave me my osha card. I tried to ask them about my osha card and they keep playing games with me, they say things like we sent it to you in the mail, but they only gave me the part that doesn't matter, the congratulation part that's the top part of the osha 10 hour letter, then they tell me I have to stop contacting them and just to ask osha. They don't care about the newbies and they treat you the new guys like there less than, and don't try to learn they didn't want to teach me as if they felt threaten by the fact that I wanted to learn. Management talks about all the employees to all the workers under him and they tell you things and you have to be quite and don't put the manager on speaker with out telling him or he will tell at you. I won't mention the managers name Billy. Billy is such a bad manager and very mean and sadistic. It's like he gets off when his employees do something bad so he can yell at you and make fun of you. The owner is a good guy, but I don't see how he allows for those things to go on like that.
