I had a mixed experience with Consumerhouse. While their website was easy to use and the products were of good quality, their customer service left much to be desired. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and I had to follow up multiple times. However, once I managed to get hold of a supervisor, they were able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate Consumerhouse as average.
