The worst fradulent organisation , please do not buy any computers from this company - they sold a non upgradeable system worth 1.3 lacs on the repeated promise that it is upgradeable. After 3 months once I requested for an upgrade, the person asked for the model number and then said it was non upgradeable and I have to buy a new machine. For professionals where the software itself costs 5 lacs + especially cad and 3dsmax, this is unacceptable. Worst yet, the person called Naren says upgradeable means memory upgrade and not the processor. The whole deal was for a dual quad core and they sold a single quad core. For start ups or beginners do not trust Gemnet Infosystems. Their MD Mahesh does not have the courtesy to even pick up my calls. It has been 3 months and they are avoiding all methods to correct their fradulent behaviour.
