I have been using Agile ticketing solutions for the past year and I must say it has been an average experience. The ticketing system is easy to navigate and the customer support is prompt. However, there are some areas where they can improve. The reporting feature could be more robust and the user interface could be more intuitive. Overall, I would rate Agile ticketing solutions as average.
