I have been a customer of Epinex Diagnostics, Inc. for a few months now and I must say, their service has been average. The website epinex.com is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, I found the overall experience to be just average. The products offered are good, but I feel like there is room for improvement. The customer support was helpful, but sometimes it took longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I would rate Epinex Diagnostics as average.
