The products from Joss & Main are of average quality. I purchased a lamp from their website and it worked fine for a few months, but then it started flickering and eventually stopped working altogether. The customer service was not very helpful in resolving the issue. I had to go through a long process of sending the lamp back for repairs and it took weeks to get it back. Overall, my experience with Joss & Main was just average.
