I had an average experience with Aquatic biosystems inc. The website (aquaticbiosystems.com) was easy to navigate, and the products were displayed nicely. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about one of their products, it took them a while to respond and their answer wasn't very helpful. I expected better service from such a reputable company.
