As a patient at this hospital, I found the facilities to be quite average. While the staff was courteous and attentive, I felt that the overall level of care and service could have been better. The waiting times were long, and it often took a while to see a doctor. Additionally, the hospital's website was not user-friendly and lacked important information. However, the cleanliness of the hospital was commendable, and the medical equipment seemed up-to-date. Overall, while I did receive adequate care, I was not overly impressed with the overall experience at this hospital. There is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and customer service.
