I've been a customer at Progressive Behavior Therapy for a few months now, and although the therapy sessions have been helpful to some extent, I feel there is room for improvement. The therapists are knowledgeable, but sometimes I felt they were not fully engaged. The sessions were structured, but there were a few instances where I wanted more personalized approaches. Overall, it's an average experience.
