I have been practicing yoga for several years, and Omflow is by far one of my favorite studios. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making every class a positive and uplifting experience. The studio space is beautiful and serene, and I appreciate the variety of classes offered. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, I highly recommend giving Omflow a try!
