The service provided by STRAUSS, RACHEL C was average. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall experience was just okay. I expected more from such a well-known company. The prices were a bit high compared to other options in the market. I wouldn't say it's a bad company, but I wouldn't highly recommend it either.
