WORST....WORST...WORST. Deceit is a STRONG tactic used in this office. BEWARE!!! After 2 months, several phone calls, 3 one & a half hour round-trips to New Port Richey- I decided that this place no longer deserved my time nor my $$$. Bo Rasoi in finance lied to me about so many things. I placed phone calls to different sources and found out that the car I had chosen was never submitted to the bank. The approval amount of my car loan was fibbed. They reported my monthly income $1000.00 below its actual amount so that they could get more money off the top. There isn't much INTEGRITY or FOLLOW-THROUGH at this place. Another dealer accomplished in 3 days what they lied about for 2 months....... Im happy now. I have new car and they didn't get my $$$ or business.
