I recently utilized the services of a well-known insurance broker and decided to go with Altamont Insurance Brokers, Inc. Although their website, altamontins.com, seemed promising, my experience with them was average at best. While they were able to provide me with the insurance coverage I needed, their customer service was lacking overall. The communication process was inefficient and I often found myself having to chase them for updates. Additionally, their response time to inquiries could have been better. However, I must say that their knowledge and expertise in the insurance industry were apparent, as they were able to answer all my questions and address my concerns. In terms of value for money, their rates were competitive. Ultimately, my experience with Altamont Insurance Brokers, Inc. was not outstanding, but it was satisfactory.
