I recently visited a vision care center for my eye check-up. The staff was friendly and the optometrist was knowledgeable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The waiting time was excessive, even though I had made an appointment in advance. It took almost an hour before I was attended to. Additionally, the selection of eyewear was limited, and the prices were slightly on the higher side. The website was easy to navigate, but I expected more details regarding the services offered. On a positive note, the clinic was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. Although I appreciate the effort put in by the staff, I feel there is room for improvement to provide a more efficient and comprehensive service.
