I recently used a detection and inspection service from this company for my property. While the canine team was well-trained and did a thorough search, I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the company before and after the inspection. The website promised detailed reports and follow-up discussions, but I had to reach out multiple times to get any information. Additionally, I found the pricing to be higher than other similar services in the area. The actual inspection was satisfactory, but the overall experience was average at best. I hope the company improves their customer service and transparency in the future.
