I had an average experience with The Wine Enthusiast. The website was a bit confusing to navigate, and I had difficulty finding the specific wines I was looking for. The customer service was satisfactory, but it took a while to get a response to my inquiries. However, once I received my order, I was pleased with the quality of the wines. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
