I've been with Online for about a year now, and I have mixed feelings about their services. On one hand, their internet speeds are fast, and the connection is stable. However, their customer support could use some improvement. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get assistance, and even then, the agents were not always able to resolve my issues. I hope Online works on improving their support services.
